1. Application of the General Terms and Conditions

With the use of the contents, search functions and databases of this website, no legal relationship is established between the user and the provider.

2. Conclusion of contract

By clicking on a payment option and completing it, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated e-mail.

3. Prices

All given product prices include VAT, but do not include delivery costs.

The delivery costs are calculated and charged according to expenditure and the corresponding tariffs. From a purchase of 50,- CHF shipping is free.

We reserve the right for price changes.

4. VAT

For domestic shipments inside Switzerland, the VAT of 2.5% is included in the price.
For shipments to other countries, the VAT will be deducted if the recipient of the invoice is domiciled abroad.

5. Delivery

The delivery of all confirmed orders will be made to the specified delivery address.

In Switzerland, you have the choice between Priority Mailing or Express Shipping. Within Europe and the USA the dispatch takes place alternatively over post (Priority) or post courier (TNT express). Delivery takes place depending on the order, weekday, shipping method and destination within approx. 2-8 days.

Before holidays, the delivery time for packages may take a little longer.
Deliveries can only be made to the countries named on our website.

6. Right of return

Our products are freshly made and subject to a limited life. Therefore, products that have left our house can not be returned. Excluded from the regulation are damaged goods.

In the event of a complaint we ask you to contact us to discuss the problem before returning! Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

7. Guarantee

Our products are made in time by hand with care and according to very special recipes. The basis is our cacao and natural raw materials. In order to guarantee the natural, chocolate-fresh enjoyment, we have renounced any preservatives.
Enjoy our delicacies as soon as possible and keep them in a cool and dry place. Best at 15 to 18° C.

8. Payment

To make shopping in our online shop as easy as possible, we offer different payment options: PayPal or Invoice.
Without special agreements a payment period of 10 days net applies.
